These Terms govern your purchase of products from this store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who We Are
HENRYS sells physical card games. We are operated by Phiya Technologies LLC, registered at 2028 E Ben White Blvd, Austin TX 78741, United States.
HENRYS is a product company. We do not provide dating, matchmaking, introduction, or event services through this store. We do not host events, vet or introduce individuals, or facilitate contact between customers. Our only relationship with you is as the seller of a physical product you have ordered.
2. What We Sell
We sell boxed card games containing printed playing cards. Each purchase is one game, supplied in a single box.
The game is played in person, by people who choose to play it together. It is intended for entertainment.
Age guidance: This game is intended for players aged 18 and over. It contains themes intended for adult players. Please use your judgement about who you play it with.
3. Orders and Pricing
Prices are shown on the product page and may change at any time before you order. All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of stock.
Prices are displayed in GBP. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, the displayed price may be converted at checkout, and your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.
We may refuse or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before October 1, 2026 will be dispatched from October 1, 2026 onwards, in the order they were received. Payment is taken when you place your order. This dispatch date is shown on the product page and at checkout.
From October 1, 2026, UK orders are delivered within 5 working days of being placed, including handling and transit.
European Union and United States orders: 1 to 2 weeks. Because these orders ship internationally from the United Kingdom, shipping costs are higher than for UK orders. The exact cost for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. If we cannot dispatch by the date above, we will email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
International orders: Any import duties, taxes, and customs charges applicable to your order are calculated and collected at checkout. The total you pay at checkout is the total you owe. You should not receive a further bill from the carrier or customs on delivery.
If you are asked to pay additional import charges on delivery, contact us at kayla@phiyatech.com with the paperwork and we will resolve it.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at kayla@phiyatech.com within 30 days with photographs and we will put it right.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final once your order has been dispatched. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on delivered orders, and we do not offer refunds on them except as set out below.
Before dispatch, you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Email sophie@phiyatech.com with your order number.
We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Contact us at sophie@phiyatech.comwithin 30 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Playing the Game, Important
Please read this section carefully.
HENRYS is a social card game. It prompts conversation between the people playing it. What those people choose to say, do, or share is entirely up to them.
You agree that:
You play at your own risk, socially and emotionally. Prompts may lead to personal, awkward, or unexpected conversations. You are free to decline any prompt at any time, and you should.
We are not responsible for the conduct of anyone you play with, before, during, or after a game, including anything said, disclosed, or done, and including any relationship or interaction that follows.
We are not responsible for the consequences of playing, including embarrassment, distress, disagreement, damage to a relationship, or any loss arising from information a player chooses to disclose.
We make no promises about outcomes. HENRYS does not guarantee that playing will result in a relationship, a date, a match, or any other outcome. Any marketing language on this site describing what the game is about is thematic, not a promise of results.
We are not a dating service, matchmaking service, or introduction agency. We do not vet, screen, introduce, or connect any person to any other person.
You are responsible for your own safety and for your decisions about who you play with and what you choose to share.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, card content, characters, text, branding, and design are owned by Phiya Technologies LLC or licensed to us. Buying the game gives you the right to use it personally. It does not give you the right to reproduce, adapt, resell, or commercially exploit any part of it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this site when you place your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you retain the statutory rights available to you there, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
