Dispatch dates
We are currently taking orders ahead of our first dispatch. All orders placed before October 1, 2026 will ship from October 1, 2026 onward. Orders placed after that date are processed within 1-2 days.

Where we ship
We ship to the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centre in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Estimates run from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated by destination using standard carrier rates provided through Shopify, and shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes
All duties, import taxes and VAT are calculated and charged at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the full landed price, you will not be asked to pay anything to the carrier on delivery.

We are in the process of registering for the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme, and are waiting on our IOSS number to come through. Until it's active, some EU orders may be subject to additional charges collected by the carrier on delivery rather than at checkout.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking hasn't moved after 5 working days, email admin@henrysdating.com and we'll chase it.

Lost or stolen packages
If your order doesn't arrive within 14 days of the estimated delivery window above, email admin@henrysdating.com with your order number and we'll reship or refund, your choice.

Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong and the parcel comes back to us, we'll reship once you cover reshipment costs. Check your address before you order.
